Chat Conversations

When you use our AI chat assistant, we process the messages you send in order to generate responses. Specifically:

• Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API (the AI service that powers our assistant) to generate responses
• We do not store full conversation transcripts on our servers
• Conversation history exists only in your browser session and is cleared when you close the chat or leave the site
• We do not use your chat conversations to train AI models

Automatic Information

When you visit our site, CloudFlare (our hosting provider) automatically collects basic analytics:

• IP address
• Browser type
• Pages visited
• Time spent on site

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking scripts.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and contact form submissions
• Provide relevant answers through our AI chat assistant
• Send you information about our services that you requested
• Improve our website and services

We will never:

• Sell your personal information to third parties
• Use your information for advertising or marketing you didn't request
• Share your contact details with other businesses
• Send you unsolicited emails or messages beyond responding to your inquiry

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our website:

CloudFlare — Hosts our website and provides security (DDoS protection, SSL). CloudFlare may process your IP address and basic request data.

Anthropic — Powers our AI chat assistant. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.

Resend — Delivers email notifications when you submit a contact form. Your name and email are processed by Resend to deliver the notification.

Data Storage and Security

• Contact form submissions are stored in CloudFlare KV (a secure key-value store) and retained for 90 days
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit)
• We do not store passwords, credit card numbers, or government ID numbers
• If you accidentally share sensitive information (like a credit card number) in the chat, we cannot retrieve or delete it from Anthropic's API logs — please do not share sensitive personal information through our chat or forms

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of any future communications from us
• Correct inaccurate information we may have

Children's Privacy
